The COVID-19 pandemic crisis has illustrated the importance of investment in science. Our public health response has been exemplary with an evidence-based approach to flattening the curve informed by a broad network of scientists and local scientific endeavours. Our technology companies and manufacturing capabilities have responded with the quick development of COVID-19 tests, genomic tracking of cases and innovation in vaccination technology. 2021 will be year of recovery thanks to these achievements.
We gather at the MCEC to hear from our leaders, scientists and technologists to continue dialogue on innovation in Australia and why investment is more crucial then ever.
With our focus on recovery join us to hear from our excellent speaker faculty about what it will take to ensure we are thriving through and post pandemic days ahead.
